At Luca Sybrit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return any or all items from your order, we are happy to accommodate your request. Our return policy allows you to initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To begin the return process, please follow these simple steps:

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must be returned in the original packaging to ensure its safe transit.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the items meet the above conditions. If we receive an item that doesn’t comply with the return conditions, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Refund process:

Once we receive your returned items at our facility, we will begin processing the return within seven business days. You will receive a confirmation of this process in the form of a credit note. Your refund will then be issued through the same payment method you used during the purchase, and you can expect to receive it within a few days.
