Ordering
You don’t need to create an account, just check out as a guest when you place an order. However, we recommend that you register with us to enjoy several benefits: you can view your order history and save your personal details so you can order faster next time. You can also sign up to stay informed about new products and promotions.
Please check your spam folder, as confirmation emails sometimes land there. If the payment was successful and the money has been debited from your account, you can assume that the order has been processed successfully. If in doubt, please contact us at hi@lucasybrit.com.
Yes, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact us at hi@lucasybrit.com. If your order has already been shipped, you can follow our return policy to initiate a return.

Payment
Shipping
Luca Sybrit delivers to The Netherlands only. If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, contact us at hi@lucasybrit.com.
We understand the excitement of receiving your Luca Sybrit statement piece. When your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to select a service point as a delivery location when placing your order. After you’ve received the email with your track & trace number, you can contact the delivery service to arrange drop-off at a service point.
In such cases, we recommend the following steps:
a. Check the shipping confirmation email for the correct delivery address.
b. Verify with family members, neighbors, or coworkers if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.
c. Contact the shipping service with your track & trace number.
d. If the shipping service can’t help you, please reach out to us at hi@lucasybrit.com. This way we can start an investigation with the shipping service.

We are sorry that your order was damaged during shipment. Please contact us at hi@lucasybrit.com. For quick resolution, we ask you to send photos of the damaged item.
Returning
If you wish to return any or all items from your order, we accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If for any reason you wish to return items from your order, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Returns will be processed within seven business days of their arrival at our facility. You will receive a confirmation of this in the form of a credit note, after which your money will be refunded via the payment method you used within a few days.
1. Ensure that your return meets our return conditions (explained below).
2. Contact our customer support team at hi@lucasybrit.com and provide them with your order details and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.
• The order must be returned in the original packaging.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
Should we receive an item back that doesn’t meet the return conditions below, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
Refund
Returns will be processed within seven business days of their arrival at our facility. You will receive a confirmation of this in the form of a credit note, after which your money will be refunded via the payment method you used, within a few days.
